In order to protect users' personal information and rights in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and to address user complaints related to personal information, ASIA KOREA PRINTING INC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following policy.

The Company will notify users of any updates to this Privacy Policy through the notice board on its website or via personal notification.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. If there is any change in the purpose of use, prior consent will be obtained.

A. Handling of Civil Applications

Personal information may be used to identify applicants, verify applicant details, contact customers for fact-checking, and notify them of the results.

B. Provision of Materials or Services

Personal information may be used for the purpose of providing services.

2. Current Status of Personal Information Files

3. Period of Personal Information Processing and Retention

The Company processes and retains personal information for the period agreed upon with the information subject and in accordance with relevant laws regarding the retention and use of personal information.

The period of personal information processing and retention varies depending on the service type as follows:

A. Civic Service

- Personal information related to civic service provision is retained and used for the stated purposes for 3 years from the date of agreement to the collection and use of personal information.

- Related laws: Records of consumer complaints or dispute settlements: 3 years; Records of contracts or application withdrawal: 5 years

4. Rights and Duties of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise These Rights

As personal information subjects, users may exercise the following rights:

1. Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of use of their personal information at any time.

2. Users can exercise their rights as described in Paragraph 1 by submitting a request in writing, via email, or fax in accordance with Article 41-1 of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will respond without delay.

3. Users may exercise their rights through a legal representative or an authorized individual. In this case, a letter of attorney must be submitted using Annex Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.

4. The right to request access to or suspension of use of personal information may be restricted in accordance with Articles 35-5 and 37-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

5. Requests for correction or deletion of personal information that is required by law may not be accepted.

5. Personal Information Items Handled

The Company handles the following personal information items:

A. Civic Service

- Required items: Email, mobile phone number, company telephone number, title, department, company name, and legal representative’s name and mobile phone number

6. Disposal of Personal Information

Once the purpose of handling personal information has been fulfilled, the Company will delete the personal information without delay. Personal information will be deleted using the following procedure and method:

- Deletion Procedures: Information entered by a user is destroyed after the designated period in accordance with internal guidelines or related privacy protection laws.

- Information Disposal: Personal information will be destroyed within 5 days of the end of the retention period or within 5 days of determining that the information is no longer necessary (e.g., fulfillment of its purpose, termination of service).

- Disposal Method: Personal information saved in electronic file format will be deleted using a method that prevents the information from being recovered or reproduced.

7. Installation, Operation, and Denial of Devices Automatically Collecting Personal Information

The Company does not use cookies that save and frequently load information about users' activities.

Users may contact the personal information protection manager and the responsible department with inquiries about personal information protection, unsatisfactory service, damage remedies, etc. The Company will respond to such inquiries without delay.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective as of the enforcement date. Any additions, deletions, or corrections to the policy according to related laws or regulations will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect.

10. Measures for Personal Information Security

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following technical, managerial, and physical measures for information security:

1. The Company designates a minimal number of employees to handle personal information, ensuring that it is managed only by those authorized.

2. Technical measures for hacking prevention: To prevent leaks or damage of personal information due to hacking or computer viruses, the Company installs, regularly updates, and checks security programs.

3. Control of unauthorized access: Personal information is kept in a physically separate place, and access control procedures are established and operated.
