Applicability

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms and Conditions") apply to and are incorporated by reference into all purchase orders accepted by Asia Korea Printing Inc. This encompasses all sales quotations, acknowledgments, and related documents pertaining to a client's purchase of goods and/or services from Asia Korea Printing Inc.

Client Specifications

The customer is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all data (such as client files) submitted to Asia Korea Printing Inc. It is the customer's duty to provide all necessary information before the job enters production. The customer agrees to cover any additional labor and material costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect information provided, according to the current rates of Asia Korea Printing Inc.

Color Proofs

Asia Korea Printing Inc. provides three proofing options: PDFs, Hard Copy Proofs, and Press Proofs. Variations in equipment, paper, ink, and other factors can lead to slight color differences between the hard copy proofs and the final product, for which Asia Korea Printing Inc. cannot be held responsible. PDF proofs are solely for verifying design, layout, and text accuracy.

Copyright and Trademark

The customer must ensure that all materials provided to Asia Korea Printing Inc. for reproduction do not infringe on any copyright or trademark restrictions. Asia Korea Printing Inc. assumes no liability for the customer's use or misuse of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Delivery

Delivery terms may vary. Asia Korea Printing Inc. will make reasonable efforts to deliver ordered items by the agreed-upon date. However, Asia Korea Printing Inc. cannot guarantee delivery by that specific date, as international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance and local country restrictions.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. As each order is tailored to your file and specific requirements, no refunds will be issued once Asia Korea Printing Inc. begins working on your order. If work has not yet commenced on your order or it has not been sent to press, a refund may be possible, subject to a cancellation fee. Any labor hours or administrative fees will be deducted from your refund.

Arbitration

All disputes, controversies, or differences arising between the parties in relation to or in connection with the sales contract, or any breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under Korean law. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
